Hello! My name is Klaus.

I am a seasoned Agile Coach and Instructor. I developed the Inner Agility Masterclass based on my experience with guiding organizational transformation, helping teams and individuals improve, and designing training that more than a quarter of a million people have taken globally.

Over the past 13 years, I worked and collaborated with well-known and respected organizations like Best Buy, Boeing, Broadcom, Disciplined Agile Inc., TELUS, and Project Management Institute. I am a frequent speaker at project management and agile events as well as contributor to publications.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking our dog for hikes in the local mountains and experimenting with mixing the perfect Negroni. I live in Vancouver on Canada’s beautiful west coast.
